A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS
They say, “a picture is worth a thousand words.” What better way to capture a memory than to take a picture. There are all kinds of pictures. For instance, tomorrow, June 29 we celebrate “Camera Day.” This day is set aside to applaud the advantages the camera has given to our society. However, think about the picture in your mind’s eye.We reflect on the past, and a picture comes to mind. We think about the future, and another comes to mind. When it comes right down to it, you hold the key to making your visions and dreams a reality.
An excellent way to capture your desires is to create a vision board to help you focus on your desired outcome. It’s easy to do. Get a notebook, big drawing pad or poster board, colored pens, glue, scissors, a pile of magazines and your imagination. Jot down a list of goals and desires. Capturing this visual will help you to focus and pursue your dreams. Most cell phones have a picture taking capability, so take a picture and bring it up often throughout the day to remind you of your intention.
Another way to remind you of your intention is Navel Chakra Spray. The Navel Chakra is the energy center where creativity resides. The ability to manifest reality is held here. It’s entirely up to you what you wish to manifest. The possibilities are endless. Pull the energy up from the belly to step into action to make it so!
This center is also the center for dreaming. To manifest anything, we must be able to see it in our mind’s eye. Contemplate these questions: What does it look like? How does it feel? How does it smell? Use all your senses: thought, emotion, taste, smell, touch, sight and sounds.
Remember, whatever you put your attention on will be created.
