If you’ve ever wondered how to work with these amazing energy centers and optimize their benefits, this is the book for you. With gorgeous diagrams and visuals, and an accessible text by two renowned authors, it takes us into the heart of the chakra system, exploring its history and revealing how to use each one for transformation, well-being, increased vitality, and more.

“The Journey to Chakra Awareness
As I hinted at before, as you begin your journey through this book, it is key to keep in mind that everything is energy. Even our physical bodies are surrounded by auras and an invisible etheric field, which we will discuss in more detail later in the book. Energy flows inside our bodies through a network of meridians, or pathways. Healing through Chinese medicine and acupuncture, which have been used for thousands of years, is based upon the balanced flow of energy through these meridians (which are also directly related to the chakra system).
Chapter 1 discusses the spiritual tools at length and how to prepare to use them effectively in your spiritual practice. Chapters 2 through 8 provide the basics of each chakra, including the primary and complementary colors, balancing stones, location, musical note, helpful essential oils, keywords, and the physical body parts directly affected by or associated with each chakra. As you read, you will gain deeper insights about yourself and others. Do the exercises provided in each chapter and take note of profound realizations. Chapter 9 offers information about the quartz family of crystals. This chapter covers clearing stones, recognizing different faces and types of quartz formations and how to work with them to gain a stronger spiritual connection. The gemstone chart in the Appendix provides all the necessary information for choosing and using gemstones and crystals for healing and/or manifestation. The Appendix also includes a reference chart for sound, color, stones and oils associated with each chakra, a chakra evaluation table, and an A–Z gemstone guide to conditions and intentions, which sum up all the information found throughout the book.”
