Current Crystal Skull Caretaker, Bill Homann, is coming to The Crystal Garden for a rare appearance of the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull. During this lecture, Bill will discuss a bit of the history and mystery of the Mitchell-Hedges Skull. He will close the experience with a guided meditation all in the presence of this powerful crystal skull.
About the Skull: Found in Belize in 1924 by Anna Mitchell-Hedges (then 17), this carved quartz skull has remained an enigma. Weighing 11 pounds 7 ounces and measuring 9.4 inches in diameter it’s a near-perfect replica of a human skull.
Some theories maintain that it could be an incredible container of memories of universal knowledge, or even of the various cycles of humanity…a matrix for all of the human possibilities in the future. This is because, given that the Skull is made of piezoelectric quartz crystal, the same material used in computer circuitry, it cannot be dated using scientific methods, because the structure of this type of crystal remains unchanged over time, making normal scientific dating impossible.
Bill Homann has repeatedly said that it is impossible to formulate a precise theory supported by scientific data because it is impossible to date the object. As with the pyramids of Giza, it undoubtedly exists, but how it came into being is, for the moment, impossible to establish.
Bio: Bill Homann is the current owner and caretaker of the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull. Anna Mitchell-Hedges spent the last eight years of her life living in Bill’s home under his tender care. She passed away on April 11th, Bill’s birthday, at the age of 100. It is Bill’s desire and hope to carry on Anna and her father’s legacy with the Crystal Skull.
