The cards present inspirational artwork on one side with instructions on the other side. The 112-page illustrated guidebook offers further information and guided meditations for putting mudras into the practice.

My life mission has always included creative writing and it really set sail with the publication of my first award-winning card deck Mudras for Awakening the Energy Body. I am thrilled to have shared the healing energy of mudras in this deck and it’s companion Mudras for Awakening the Five Elements with the gorgeous art of Sabina Espinet. The Yoga Dogs and Yoga Cats Deck and Book Sets based on the Dan Borris images are so fun and inspirational, they share the love of animals with the inspiration of yoga. My newest deck Divine Feather Messenger based on angelic healing and bird totems is so beautiful and inspiring. Two new card decks are in the works and will be arriving in 2020!
