About the Author:

Elizabeth Clare Prophet (19392009) was a pioneer of modern spirituality and an internationally renowned speaker and author. Her books are published in more than 30 languages, and millions of copies have been sold online and in bookstores worldwide. Throughout her lifetime, Mrs. Prophet walked the path of spiritual adeptship, advancing through the universal initiations common to mystics of both East and West. She taught about this path and described her own experiences for the benefit of all who desire to make spiritual progress. Mrs. Prophet has left an extensive library of spiritual teachings from the ascended masters and a thriving, worldwide community of people who study and practice these teachings.

“The Ascended Master

Another magical being, better known as an ascended master, is the Count of St. Germain, the carrier of the Violet Flame, the vibrational energy of alchemy. Both of these amazing men, Merlin and the Count of St. Germain, had very developed crown chakras as they were able to create miraculous manifestations. The Count of St. Germain was an inventor, alchemist, composer, musician, adventurer and much more. Some say he is immortal, although my research tells me he lived from 1710–84. And yet, the dichotomy in my research also showed that he was present or available to people like Annie Besant (1847–1933), C. W. Leadbeater (1854–1934) and Edgar Cayce (1877–1945).

His immortal energy is present to this day on a vibrational level. According to the St. Germain Foundation in Mount Shasta, he appeared in 1930 on the side of Mount Shasta in northern California to Guy Ballard, who channeled the I Am Discourses. St. Germain is now considered to be an ascended master by many.

Some believe that St. Germain is an incarnation of Merlin. There is a long string of theories on the various incarnations of these two—or should I say this one? My personal journey—through meditations, visions, memories and past-life regressions—helped me to realize that Merlin, St. Germain, Francis Bacon and Shakespeare were all the same being in various incarnations. Research has also shown he was a high priest in Atlantis, Plato, and St. Joseph (the husband of Mary and guardian of Jesus) Proclus, Roger Bacon, an organizer behind the scenes of the Secret Societies in Germany, and Christopher Columbus. Whew! This guy was amazing . . . or should I say this guy is amazing!?

So there you have an example of a well-developed crown chakra, lifetime after lifetime. You, too, bring forward your knowledge and wisdom from previous incarnations. To bring this wisdom into awareness takes conscious direction to achieve the recollection of memories and knowledge. This achievement is something worth working toward. The development of meditation skills is an important factor in realizing the full scope of the awareness your personal consciousness has to offer.”
