Aromatherapy and Gemstones for Mindfulness and more

Aromatherapy and Gemstones for Mindfulness and more
By Margaret Ann Lembo

Aromatherapy isn’t just for smelling! Essential oils are powerful allies – mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. They contain potent chemical components and have the ability to deter a wide range of bacterial, fungal, viral, and/or other disease-causing microorganisms. Aromatherapy is effective on an energetic level to restore balance. Add a gemstone to help you maintain mindfulness and match your intentions with the aroma. Gemstones and crystals are allies to help you with mindfulness.

Here is a peek into the vibrational level of four essential oils and some gems opening to help you step beyond the ordinary.

Eucalyptus’ medicinal scent is penetrating, peppery, and powerful. With lapiz lazuli or sodalite in hand, inhale eucalyptus and breathe deeply to calm you while you release unhealthy attachments. The deep blue color of these two gems help you to see, sense, feel, and know the truth in any matter. Lapis lazuli opens the third eye and the intuitive senses when used with conscious intent. This is a good stone to help you remember your dreams and promote clarity during dreamtime. Lapis lazuli and sodalite along with other dark blue gemstones improve your concentration and focus and can be used during test-taking to align you with the higher knowledge that is accessible to all.

Frankincense brings wisdom and connection with inner peace and calm. Its respiratory gifts open the breathing passages making it a perfect tool for meditation. It helps us to remember that all things are possible. It teams with apophyllite to aid in grasping the connection to the divine. Apophyllite helps you access the Akashic Records. Use it during Reiki sessions to help you stay focused on allowing the Universal Life Force to flow through you. This sparkling gem brings higher levels of clarity to meditation experiences.

Lavender offers sweet transformation. Attraction to this scent signals a time to comfort yourself as you take it into your own hands to do what it takes to make your life happy. The list of therapeutic properties is quite long! Pair lavender’s scent with pink calcite to amplify feelings of safety and comfort. Pink calcite activates loving thoughts. It transforms less ideal mental musings into thoughts of self-love, thereby increasing your ability to love, and receive love from, others. Hold this stone when you are concentrating on thinking positive and uplifting thoughts about yourself and others.

Patchouli is perfect to attract both love and money. Inhale patchouli to help bring focus and promote the action necessary to amplify prosperity and goodwill toward all. Patchouli is a stabilizer and encourages grounded action. Gemstones like green moss agate or Kambamba jasper are beneficial to help you release toxic thoughts and replace them with good thoughts that naturally attract benefic energy. Green moss agate, with its moss-like pattern, helps you to remember to ground yourself. Use Green moss agate when you are experiencing mental fatigue. This stone helps you replenish your mental focus. Use Kambamba to improve your ability to give love and receive love. Its green energy opens your heart to loving yourself and others more fully and completely. It is also a good stone to keep nearby during regression therapy. The stone contains stromatolites, which are among the oldest fossils on earth considered to be over 3 billion years old, which provides it with the energy to help dislodge any stored information that is causing a repetitive pattern in your emotional consciousness.

Enjoy the benefits of pairing gemstones with essential oils to increase well-being and inner peace in your life. Maintain a sense of gratitude in all that you do and you will be blessed in all areas of your life.

Open Your Heart and Soothe Your Nerves: Kambamba Jasper and Archangel Seraphiel by Margaret Ann Lembo

There are many people who have made a conscious decision to rid themselves of negative thoughts, beliefs, and behavior patterns. They’ve decided that they are ready to release people, places, and situations that are no longer supportive, loving, and authentic. Take a moment and contemplate if this is true for you, too.

This is an age-old intention and dilemma. Turn to contemplative thought with Kambamba jasper in hand. The stone contains stromatolites, which are among the oldest fossils on earth considered to be over 3 billion years old, which provides it with the energy to help dislodge any stored information that is causing a repetitive pattern in your emotional consciousness. Kambamba jasper is beneficial when you are setting the intention to release yourself from negative or toxic thoughts, especially thoughts that have been part of your consciousness seemingly forever.

Kambamba jasper is a mystical stone that aligns you with inner peace inherent in your true nature. This stone opens you up to allow more love, calm, and tolerance into your consciousness. Hold it in the palm of your hand during meditation while you focus and breathe deeply. This mysterious-looking stone can be a tool to uncover karmic lessons brought forward from other lifetimes as well as this one. The vibration of the stromatolites within this stone activates a part of you that resonates with past life realizations because of the biological activity within this stone that spans thousands of years.

Call on Archangel Seraphiel to aid in the release of personal and family karma. Archangel Seraphiel is an Angel of Purification because of his fiery nature. The fire burns away the karma. This archangel is the leader of the seraphim angelic choir. The seraphim are the angels that are closest to God. Seraphiel can be invited to help clear away the repetitive patterns that are holding you back from the life you want to live.

The green energy of Kambamba Jasper along with sound and vibrations of the music of Archangel Seraphiel’s angelic choir can offer you an opportunity to release the karmic lessons using sound. Consider attending a concert. Join in on a chanting session with Buddhist or Hindu chants. Attend a singing bowl experience or a gong sound bath and ask that the vibrations of the music open you to recognize the lessons you need to understand. Let them be revealed to you to bring you closer to the Divine spark within.

There is music that is imperceptible to human ears that is said to be created by the movements of the heavenly bodies. Another perspective it that the music of the spheres are created by the heavenly choir of angels, the seraphim, to vibrate at such a high rate as to realign one’s energy – body, mind, and spirit – to recalibrate and align with the heavenly realm. The celestial sounds and the energy of Archangel Seraphiel transform and transmute karmic lessons to realign you with compassion and love.

Open your heart and soothe your nerves as you call on Archangel Seraphiel and affirm this positive statement with Kambamba jasper in hand:

I am calm and relaxed. The nourishing green energy of nature soothes my body, mind, and spirit. Only goodness and love are allowed in my space. I am protected from negative influences.
