About the stone: Muscovite is a potassium aluminum silicate that crystallizes in the monoclinic system. It usually forms as rocks, although crystals are found with hexagonal outlines and tabular in nature. Other elements, usually metals, are found as impurities in this mineral belonging to the mica group of minerals.
