The Reality of Resolutions

Chakra Awakening Book Cover

The Reality of Resolutions

by Margaret Ann Lembo

At the beginning of every year, you find yourself making “the list.” You ask yourself, “What do I want to achieve this year?” “Am I happy with my life the way it is?” The change in the calendar from one year to the next offers the opportunity to ask yourself these questions and more.

Don’t wait to make the list. It’s always time to use tools for the focus to create your reality. Resolutions are for daily use all year long, every year.

Are you living your passion? If not, each day is the right day to begin to change to make your life all you want it to be.

An excerpt from Chakra Awakening

Creativity

The orange at the navel can be used as a focus for the intentional creation of reality. What do you want to give birth to? Connect with the end result in advance. Connect with the spirit of your creation as if it already exists. Do you want to create your own business, build a house, create a garden, or write a book?

Imagine the spirit of your creation. Contemplate these questions: What does it look like? How does it feel? How does it smell? If your creation is something you can hold on to, imagine not only what it may emotionally feel like—the sensations as you touch it—but also how it feels to you on an emotional level. Use all your senses: thought, emotion, taste, smell, touch, sight, and sound. Whatever you put your attention on will be created.

To create something, organize your thoughts. Make a list of what you want. Arrange these thoughts into categories like income, career, family, travel, physical, social, education, and spirituality. Written goals and intentions clarify and crystallize your objective. Prioritize, visualize, make lists, and set deadlines. Establishing a deadline creates a chemical reaction in your body, mind, and spirit to make the goal a reality. Use lists to help you stay organized and focused.

Exercise: The Navel Manifestation List

On a blank piece of paper, write down one hundred things you would like to manifest or create in your life. Don’t hold back. Include all kinds of dreams and wishes. Once you’ve completed your list, organize your entries into the following categories:

  • Education
  • Family/Friends
  • Income/Career
  • Physical
  • Social
  • Spirituality
  • Travel

Next, prioritize the entries in each category so that the most important things you desire are at the top. Now, take one or two items from all of the categories and make a to-do list for each of those items, including everything required to make it happen. Establish deadlines for each of the items on your to-do list. Be very specific and work on something on the list every day.

Anything that you ardently desire, visualize with passion, truly believe in and enthusiastically act upon will come to pass.”

Diversity and Innovation . . . Change

Diversity and Innovation . . . Change

Diversity and Innovation . . . Change
By Margaret Ann Lembo

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

This quote is attributed to both Max Planck and Albert Einstein. Both of these men were scientists.

Change is an opportunity for transformation and advancement. It brings breakthroughs and metamorphosis. It is through the ever-changing cycles of life – daily, weekly, monthly, and so on – that you find improvement. Change always brings about better life situations. Sometimes it takes a moment, or much longer, to relax into the experience and allow the revelations and realizations to bubble to the surface of your consciousness.

First, recognize and accept that change is in the process of happening. Ask yourself these questions:

“What’s changing in my life? How will these changes affect my future? Why am I feeling apprehensive about these new life experiences?”

Call on help from the Divine. Take time for contemplative thought and a quiet mind. This helps you shift and flow with change. The only constant in life is change. Make the effort to awaken and know the source of underlying issues. Life flows in circles and cycles. All cycles shift and change. Focus on how you want your reality to manifest in alignment with the changes that are occurring. Thoughts and beliefs create reality. You are in charge of your own world. Release worry and have faith and courage. Design your reality.

Essential Oils and Gemstones for Change:
Add the assistance of aromatherapy and crystals to improve your ability to focus on your desired outcome. Elemi essential oil encourages you to make the changes needed to restructure the thoughts that are constantly rotating through your consciousness. Let this oil be a reminder to observe the thoughts you have and to make sure those thoughts are what you want to broadcast to the universe. Work with orange calcite to activate a creative approach to situations that are initially challenging and pink calcite to embrace kindheartedness as you go through life-changing situations.

Set an intention and make a petition to the Divine, like this:
Please help me relax and flow with the ever-turning cycles that create change. Help me find ways to consciously effectuate change. Help me easily adapt so that my new way of life is happy and fulfilling.

Affirm:
I create my reality. I know how to make positive changes to transform my life in a desired way. I embrace change with ease and grace.

Walk in Beauty and Love by Margaret Ann Lembo

Walk in Beauty & Love

Walk in Beauty and Love

By Margaret Ann Lembo

Take steps to increase your mental capacity to integrate abundance, beauty, blessings, and love. It starts with making the decision and then envisioning love and beauty in your daily experiences. The practice of heart-centered living is achieved by literally focusing your attention on your heart center – the heart chakra. Relax into this simple practice and watch your days fill up with compassion, kindness, and well-being.

Call on some of your everyday angels like the Angel of Blessings, Angel of Nurturing, Angel of Receiving, and the Angel of Unconditional Love. Invite Archangel Chamuel and Archangel Jophiel to join your team of heavenly helpers to keep you on track toward love and beauty. Inhale essential oils like lavender, rosewood, and ylang ylang to get your olfactory system to help to amplify your intention and imagine walking through a fragrant garden. The gemstone kingdom supports you when you use crystals like danburite, kunzite, pink calcite, rose quartz, and ruby in zoisite.

Sprinkle in positive thoughts to match up with these tools for walking in beauty and love. Affirmations change your energy and your mind. Your body hears every thought you have so add in as much love and beauty into your thoughts.

Make a petition or prayer something like this:
Please, let me be a conduit for love, compassion, and kindness. Open my heart center at the core of my consciousness to allow heaven and earth to meet at my center. Help me see myself and others through the vibration of love and allow love to permeate all facets of my life. Guide me so that I take the time to nurture myself and regard myself with honor and respect. Thank you!

Affirm:
I am love. I align my consciousness with gentleness, compassion, and goodwill toward all. I am compassionate and kind. I am aligned with the healing powers of inner peace and kindness. I am able to help others by vibrating love through my presence, words, and actions.

A Big Thank You! from Margaret Ann Lembo

A Big Thank You! from Margaret Ann Lembo

I am so grateful! My latest book, The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels, has won a Visionary Award. It won the Silver in the category of Contemporary Spirituality. This means so much to me because of spirituality in everyday living – in each and every present moment. Angels have always been an important part of my life. The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels is a helpful tool for all who wish to live in a world filled with happiness, peace, and blessings.

For as long as I can remember, angels have been part of my daily life. As a child, I felt and saw them in my imagination and called on their help whenever I was afraid or needed guidance. It was normal to imagine an angel, or a group of angels, surrounding me while I slept, ate, walked to school, took tests, and all the things we do as children. This foundation of knowing that everyday angels were always available and at my side has helped me to have a much happier and more spiritual life. These core beliefs, established in childhood, are important factors in the spiritually focused woman I have become.

I am grateful to my sister, Mary Ann. My sister, Mary Ann, was instrumental in helping me realize that I have angels all around me to help me. We shared a room and when I’d wake up in the night afraid, Mary Ann would comfort me and tell me to imagine my angels all around me watching over me while I slept. I am so grateful that I acquired this practice and knowledge at an early age.

It is my intention to help you connect with your entourage of angels. Remember you have them as your invisible helpers. Petition them and ask them to help you. They are ‘on the job’ so you can relax and allow life to unfold in Divine order. The angelic realm is a very real part of my life and it can easily become a very real part of your life and make your life much easier.

A Big Thank You goes out to everyone who voted for The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels. More than anything, I’m touched and honored that so many of you have connected with this book. Angels are such a huge part of my life and this is a very personal work.

Inspiration through Oracle Cards by Margaret Ann Lembo

Inspiration Through Oracle Cards

Inspiration through Oracle Cards

By Margaret Ann Lembo

Oracles have been used in many cultures, religions, political and spiritual arenas for centuries. In ancient Greece, oracles were priests and priestesses that brought through divine messages in response to specific inquiries.

How to use Oracle Cards
Start by asking your angels and guides to be part of the session. Open your heart, mind, and spirit to receive the information that will help at this moment. It is best to have a specific question or request for guidance on a particular area of your life. There is no question too mundane or too esoteric when using oracle cards.

Most questions range from six categories of life. Most people want guidance regarding love, health, money, safety, happiness, and intuition or the spiritual realm.

Shuffle the deck. As you shuffle, keep your attention on your intention and notice if there are any cards that are either “jumping” out or revealing themselves to you by the way they blend back in the deck. Pull one to three cards per question. Usually, the answer arrives within the first card.

Contemplate the artwork as well as the written words. Use the information as inspiration to shift your consciousness to focus on what you do want vs. what you don’t want. That’s the transformational aspect of using any oracle deck.

Use your imagination and action to create the reality you really want in your life.

Join Margaret Ann Lembo for a free mini-workshop via Zoom and simulcast on The Crystal Garden Facebook page on Tuesday, July 13. Replays will be available on YouTube.

Archangel Zadkiel by Margaret Ann Lembo

Archangel Zadkiel by Margaret Ann Lembo

Archangel Zadkiel is the archangel to call on to help you find ease when you need to transform and transmute challenges.

Archangel Zadkiel helps you to amplify kindness and mercy. Archangel Zadkiel aids in sympathy and empathy.

This archangel can be your ally when you need to and want to have mercy on the people who try to trick or deceive you. It is beneficial to have compassion for those who have been unkind to you. It is empowering to have an unselfish concern for others, especially when they may not have acted with care or concern for you.

Negative feelings and memories of past negative situations can be hard to overcome. With Zadkiel as your ally, you can find a way to feel gratitude for these experiences and the opportunity to grow and evolve because of the challenges. Who do you want to forgive? Do you need to forgive yourself? With this angel on your side, you have the opportunity to transform and transmute the situation into one that is filled with compassion, gratitude, and love.

Focus on your heart center and enhance meditative practices using a few gemstones like amethyst to transform and transmute challenges, chrysoprase for comfort, malachite to observe patterns and habits, or rhodochrosite to find the silver lining in any situation. Inhale sweet marjoram or sage essential oil with the intention to clear away residual resentment that might be buried deep within your consciousness.

Invite Archangel Zadkiel to walk by your side so that I can feel, know, and understand the experience. Ask for guidance to be an instrument to serve humanity through sensitivity and compassion.

Affirm:
I forgive and forget past injustices. I release resentment. I open myself up to the healing energy. I am compassionate and kind. I attract thoughtful, loving people into my life. I focus on empathy and speak with kindness and compassion.

The Fragrant Garden and Memories of Memorial Days Past

Essential Guide to Aromatherapy and Vibrational Healing

The Fragrant Garden and Memories of Memorial Days Past

By Margaret Ann Lembo

“When I smell certain floral scents, I am immediately transported to my childhood garden. I am always grateful for the reminder, as my first and happiest memories are of time spent with my mother in that wonderful place.

We had a small front yard and backyard at our Brooklyn row house. In our neighborhood, trees lined the streets, and the backyards of the houses that backed up to our yard were a series of blooming gardens. Our garden was filled with many treasures—from pussy willows and forsythia to eggplants and tomatoes and from azaleas and crocus to iris, lily of the valley, and sweet pea. My mother and I talked to the plants, weeded the garden, and nourished the soil with coffee grounds and eggshells.

The garden experience traveled with us to our summer home at the beach in Breezy Point, New York. It didn’t occur to me until I was an adult that my mom—with me as her personal garden fairy—had actually grown an amazing garden in beach sand! Every year on Memorial Day weekend, we would leave Brooklyn to open the summerhouse and start the garden. On the way, we would pick up peat moss, cow manure, and starter plants. Once there, we would prepare the ground for the coming season. We would bury fish heads, kitchen cuttings from vegetables, and seaweed I had collected from the shoreline to nourish and nurture the plants. Little did I know, we were composting. It was just what we did, and I am so grateful that these gardening experiences taught me to connect with the energy of the plants at a young age and to understand its value today.

I was happy to have the tasks of weeding and watering. With my hose in hand, I would imagine the plants with fully mature flowers or vegetables. I would make believe I was pouring nutrients and good energy into the roots through the water from the hose. I’d imagine I was part of the book The Secret Garden, working with my imaginary friends to bring the garden to life. This book and the many years of growing up in the garden inspired me to follow my spiritual path as well as create my store and spiritual center, The Crystal Garden. The book The Secret Garden takes the reader on a journey in which faith restores health and flowers renew the spirit. I believe in the magic of the garden and nature—plants, animals, fairies, and the elemental energies—as gifts from the earth to remember our soul contracts and recover our body, mind, and spirit.”

~an excerpt from The Essential Guide to Aromatherapy and Vibrational Healing

Today I have a garden in my yard in what is essentially beach sand. Sunflowers and magnolias and roses are growing along with pineapple, peppers, gladiolas, tomatoes, papayas, figs, bananas, tropical ginger, and so much more. Take a little peek into my garden…

Compassion and Kindness with Intuition and Telepathy by Margaret Ann Lembo

Compassion and Kindness with Intuition and Telepathy

Compassion and Kindness with Intuition and Telepathy

by Margaret Ann Lembo

Are you able to tune into the energy of others? Awareness of the feelings and emotions of others is an intuitive gift that everyone possesses. We are all telepathic. Telepathy is communication that occurs through pathways other than the normal senses of seeing, speaking, and hearing. Through the use of mind to mind and heart to heart communication our feelings and thoughts are transmitted. Use your imagination and send a vision of what you are talking about. It helps others to feel related to and comforted.

Everyone has the inherent gift of telepathy. Telepathy is the ability to have mind-to-mind communication without speaking. In other words, you can send a thought to another person and they will receive it. Many people develop this skill after being friends for a time because they’re in sync with each other.

Tabular Quartz is ideal for communicating directly from your heart and mind to the heart and mind of someone you are speaking with through the use of mental images. “Tabbies” are good tools for speakers and teachers, as well as anyone whose work includes communications. With this stone in hand, you are better able to transmit the feelings associated with the words you are speaking to improve the communication between yourself and another person. When a person is heard and understood, it prevents emotional upset and distress.

Repeat this affirmation: When I speak, people listen and understand me. I communicate from my heart to the hearts of others. I visualize and send mental pictures as I express my ideas, visions, opinions, and matters of importance.
Connecting with others in an authentic and caring way is encouraging. Providing comfort through active listening brings blessings to others. With kindness and compassion, we can create a reality of love and kind-heartedness.

The Power of Flowers: Rebirth and Renewal by Margaret Ann Lembo

Power of Flowers Blog

The Power of Flowers: Rebirth and Renewal
By Margaret Ann Lembo

For millennia, the plant and flower kingdom are our closest ally for a happy and healthy existence. Reawaken your connection with the vibrational benefits of flowers. It is beneficial to pay attention to their color and structure to the potential aromatic or medicinal uses.

As part of a mindfulness exercise, use plants and flowers as a tool for the focus to be truly present during your daily activities. Consider planting seeds and nurture their growth. Indoors or outdoors, develop a relationship with plants by putting your awareness on your heart and imagining the plant at its fruition and thriving. Use the same imagery to include yourself envisioning yourself happy, healthy, and thriving as well. Whatever we focus on and work toward with passion and determination must become a reality.

Plants and flowers are gifts for you and me – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Include using aromatherapy regularly to awaken, align with the Divine, calm your soul, ground your experience, and shift mind chatter into inner peace.

Take the time to meditate and focus on the center of your consciousness while in nature. Gift yourself with time in the sun and fresh air. Open to the realization that there is an underlying unity in all life. Allow your time with the plants and the flowers to reestablish the balance in your life. Find inner peace for your body, mind, and your soul.

A matching gemstone to use to remind you of your intention is Kambaba Jasper. Open your heart to loving yourself and others more fully and completely.

Affirm: The nourishing green energy of nature soothes my body. I nourish my soul, my mind, and my body.
Let the power of flowers bring you rebirth and renewal. Relax, restore, and awaken your body, mind, and spirit with these beautiful allies from the earth.

Perseverance and Faith by Margaret Ann Lembo

Maewyn Succat is his real name. Saint Patrick’s early years included a period when he was kidnapped and sold into slavery. He was an imprisoned shepherd on Mount Slemish in County Antrim which is the first known home of Saint Patrick.

Call on the energy of Saint Patrick when you need an extra charge of good energy that will appear as little miracles all the time. If Saint Patrick comes to your awareness, let it be a reminder of the power of prayer and that it is time to pray. And, it’s a sign that perseverance and faith are necessary today and always.

Saint Patrick followed messages and realizations he received in the dreamtime to escape from slavery. Let this saint be a reminder to pay attention to your intuition and believe yourself when you receive messages or guidance.

Use this saint’s vibe to uncover your own mission in life. Throughout Saint Patrick’s life, from being kidnapped into slavery to becoming a powerful Catholic missionary and eventually a bishop in Ireland, he maintained his focus to stay on course in alignment with the Divine plan. Call on this energy to help you during times when you need tenacity and single-mindedness in your life.

So, is it good fortune or is it really perseverance and faith?

Affirmation: With faith and prayer, my petitions are always answered. Perseverance is part of my nature. I open my ears to hear the messages from within and follow clues of guidance all around me.
