Refund policy

We have an 11-day return policy. Returns must be initiated, and returned items must be postmarked within 11 days of receipt of the original item. Please note that we only offer store credit or exchanges, not refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer free returns; you are responsible for paying return shipping and the shipping for any exchanged product. We recommend adding insurance to return shipments, as any damage incurred during return shipping will be your responsibility.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the exchange or store credit was approved.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: The Crystal Garden Brand Aromatherapy Sprays, Medical Grade Essential Oils, and Roll-Ons, any liquids (Florida Water, Perfume Oils, and Roll-on Perfumes), and anything intended for topical use (bath salts and soaps) or ingestion are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the item, the outside of the box, including the shipping label, and the packaging, and email us at orders@TheCrystalGarden.com.
