Labradorite Runes
The word “rune” means “holding a secret”.
Use these Amethyst Runes, which are an ancient form of oracle used by those seeking advice. Runes have a long history, dating back to ancient use by Germanic and Nordic tribes, and are still widely used in today’s society. Anyone can have a rune reading, but it’s also fun to be able to learn how to use them yourself.
Runes are the letters in a set of related alphabets known as runic alphabets. These were used to write various Germanic languages before the adoption of the Latin alphabet and for specialized purposes thereafter.
Runes are used more in a counseling sense, providing insight into a problem or situation. They don’t offer exact answers or advice and they can be intentionally vague in their meaning. This allows you to ultimately come to your own conclusions.
One of the first things to consider when reading these amethyst runes is that the future isn’t fixed and if you don’t like the indication, it is up to you to change it. Runes are the most useful in circumstances where you’d like more information and a different perspective.
To use your runes, find a quiet place, and contemplate the problem or situation you would like more information on. Just like with Tarot there are many layouts that you can try, but it’s usually easier to start simply and just pick one for contemplation. As you become more familiar you can pick a layout that will work best with the circumstance you’d like more information on.
