The Crystal Garden Brand Aromatherapy Sprays, Medical Grade Essential Oils, and Roll-Ons are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Any liquids (Florida Water, Perfume Oils, and Roll-on Perfumes) and anything intended for topical use or ingestion are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Bath Salts and soaps are also not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Any other items are returnable for store credit or exchange.

• Return shipping and the shipping for any exchanged product will be paid by the customer.
• Customer is responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping (we advise adding insurance to return shipments).
• Returns must be initiated and returned items must be postmarked within 11 days of receipt of the original item.
• Returned items must be sealed and include all original packaging and tags, and be in sellable condition.
