Pine Bach Flower Essence

Pine Bach Flower Essence

Feeling: You feel guilty or blame yourself.

The positive potential of Pine is absolution and being able to accept and respect yourself as you would others.

The essences were developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician, and homeopath who believed that the key to good health was emotional harmony. By 1936 he identified 38 flower essences, each one derived from a different wildflower, plant, or tree, and each corresponding to a specific emotion.

  • Simplicity was critical to Edward Bach’s system – he wanted everyone to be able to understand them and categorized the system into seven groupings to help individuals identify the essence for them.

  • Face your fears: Aspen, Cherry Plum, Mimulus, Red Chestnut, Rock Rose
  • Know your own mind: Cerato, Gentian, Gorse, Hornbeam, Scleranthus, Wild Oat
  • Live the day: Chestnut Bud, Clematis, Honeysuckle, Mustard, Olive, White Chestnut, Wild Rose
  • Reach out to others: Heather, Impatiens, Water Violet
  • Stand your ground: Agrimony, Centaury, Holly, Walnut
  • Find joy and hope: Crab Apple, Elm, Larch, Oak, Pine, Star of Bethlehem, Sweet Chestnut, Willow
  • Live and let live: Beech, Chicory, Rock Water, Vervain, Vine

Dr. Bach believed the complete system, which captures the positive potential of the plants they’re created from, offered a holistic approach to achieving emotional balance. The system is designed so that the essences can be tailored to meet each person’s individual needs so that they can be taken individually or in combination.

    • Bach™ Original Flower Essences are suitable for all and can be used at any time during the day.

How to use:

Personal Mixes

Bach essences can be mixed to create your own personal combination. Add 2 drops of each essence (maximum of 7 essences) to a mixing bottle containing still spring water; take 4 drops 4 times a day.

Your personal mix can last between two and three weeks if you keep it in the fridge. However, if you wish to carry your personal mix around with you, add one teaspoon of brandy to the mixing bottle prior to adding the water to help preserve it. Cider vinegar or glycerine can also be substituted for brandy.
