"Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bells and bowls create vibrational frequencies that resonate with the note associated with each chakra. 

The sound produced by crystal singing bowls, made of quartz, has positive effects on the body, particularly the autonomic, immune, and endocrine systems. 

Each crystal singing bowl sounds a specific note, and each note resonates with a specific chakra. The color and sound of the energy centers vibrate and create sound waves.

Each chakra has a note associated with it. For example, the foundational energy center, known as the root chakra, vibrates to the note “C” and the color is red. To clear and retune the root chakra, play a crystal bowl or other music in the key of “C” with the intention to calibrate and realign this energy center. The playing of the bowls recalibrates and rebalances the chakra system. "
