Fluorite Bowl Shell

Fluorite is calcium fluoride and crystallizes in the cubic system, often seen as wellformed
octahedrons. Fluorite may be found in a large variety of colors; bi-color and
parti-color varieties are often found.

Fluorite is the ultimate stone for focus, making it ideal for meditation practices. It aids in releasing the “monkey mind” (in other words, it clears out the unnecessary chatter), thereby facilitating a “no mind” state of consciousness. With this stone in hand, practice calming your
thoughts, and they will float away, one by one.
