The root chakra is responsible for holding the blueprint of your physical vitality. It is the foundation on which all the other chakras are built. Furthermore, the root chakra is also responsible for your basic survival needs like food, shelter, and water.  The energy vibrating at the root chakra, or lack thereof, regulates your health and your passion for life. Activating red energy takes focus. Your ability to stay focused and not flitter from one thing to another without accomplishing anything is controlled by your ability to stay grounded and in the present moment.

A Tibetan bowl, generally made from a bronze alloy containing copper, tin, zinc, iron, silver, gold, and nickel is a type of standing bell played by striking or rubbing its rim with a wooden or leather-wrapped mallet. This excitation causes the sides and rim of the bowl to vibrate, producing a rich sound.
