THERE IS A REASON THAT MAY IS CALLED
ASTHMA AND ALLERGY MONTH
We all know the saying “April Showers bring May flowers” – well May is here and we are surrounded by the beginning of beautiful flowers in the garden…but for some us it is the season of sneezing, coughing and allergies. There is a reason that May is called Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month!I
Many people suffer from both asthma and allergies. The following essential oils are very helpful.
Eucalyptus is beneficial at the first sign of a cold or respiratory challenge. It aids in opening up breathing passages to relieve congestion of nose, sinus, and bronchial airways.
Ravensara is great for warding off germs that affect the respiratory system. Use this oil to relieve sinus and bronchial congestion and clear bacterial infections.
Its powerful properties help to dissipate the potential for stubborn viral attacks, due to its strong immunological qualities.
An essential oil you may not have heard of is Niaouli. It helps to clear out infections of the respiratory system, including bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, and the symptoms of asthma.
So, when you are feeling that cold coming on, or you are experiencing the discomfort of allergies, try one of these essential oils. I think you will be happy with the results. Mother Nature has provided us with many options to heal our physical, mental, emotional and physical needs.
Want to learn more about the benefits and use of essential oils? Read my book The Essential Guide to Aromatherapy and Vibrational Healing. The book is available at many local bookstores, Amazon and your local public library.
My body is in a constant state of restoration and healing.
