Noreena Jasper Point
Noreena Jasper occurs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, not far from the iron ore mining town of Newman, some 700 miles north of the capital, Perth.
The rock tends to break into angular pieces which contain the most wonderful “geometric”, abstract designs. Until the rock is cut, you do not know what will be revealed.
Noreena Jasper is from the same geological formation as Munjina Stone. They both occur in the Jeerinah Formation which is part of the Fortescue Group in the Hamersley Basin. Age is late Archaean & was deposited between 2765 & 2687 million years ago
It is a silicified pelite (mudstone)
Color: shades of red, mustard-yellow, mauve, and purple
Chakra(s): root, navel, solar plexus, heart, third eye, and crown
Astrological sign(s): Capricorn
Mohs scale: 6–7
Spiritual uses: Noreena jasper has a two-fold benefit: the purple-mauve shade realigns your physical chakras with the spiritual being you truly are, and the yellow shade is helpful for increasing the possibility of revelations and realizations during contemplative meditation practice.
Mental uses: Noreena jasper encourages you to find a way to keep your mind stable.
Physical uses: The red vibration specifically in Noreena Jasper is associated with the root chakra and the basic survival needs of food, shelter, and water—which translate into the foundation for prosperity. It is the stone of motivation and is a perfect anecdote for procrastination. The vibrant red vibration promotes well-being and inner strength.
Divine guidance: Have you been procrastinating lately or avoiding some tasks? Perhaps you’ve avoided looking at an emotional issue that needs resolution. Take the time to find the root cause of emotional patterns. Remove challenges that have been entrenched in your emotional body and heal once and for all. Everything will fall into place.
