About the plant: Wintergreen is a North American plant that reaches a height of about 6 inches. It has shiny deep-green leaves and white flowers that turn into red berries.
Spiritual uses: Wintergreen assists in releasing patterns of family and personal karma at a spiritual level. Use it to help you relax and release during spiritual healing sessions and regression therapy.
Mental uses: Wintergreen helps you release repetitive negative thoughts, mental conflict, and misperceptions by clearing your mind.
