Botanical name: Angelica archangelica, Angelica officinalis

Affirmation: Guidance and inspiration from my angels and other spirit guides come to me moment by moment. I am a conduit of the Divine. Peace, calm, and serenity are mine, now and always. About the plant: Angelica is as a leafy bush with pointed leaves, and hollowed ribbed stems that are purple at the bottom and blend into pale green at the top of the stem.  

Spiritual uses: Angelica root amplifies the ability of the mind and spirit to remember and know the existence of the heavenly messengers who assist you in your daily activities. Use this herb to attract Divine intervention through communication with the angels.

Mental uses: Angelica can be used with the intention of calming the mind’s incessant chatter. Providing a sense of serenity, this herb is beneficial for times when too many things are happening at once and you need to regain your mental focus.
