Wintergreen Essential Oil

About the plant: Wintergreen is a North American plant that grows to about 6 inches tall. It has shiny, deep-green leaves and white flowers that turn into red berries. 

Spiritual uses: Wintergreen helps release patterns of family and personal karma at a spiritual level. Use it to help you relax and release during spiritual healing sessions and regression therapy.

 Mental uses: Wintergreen helps you release repetitive negative thoughts, mental conflict, and misperceptions by clearing your mind.

For your safety: Toxic in high doses. Inhibits blood clotting, so avoid use if on anticoagulants or undergoing surgery. Avoid in cases of low blood pressure. Possible skin irritant. Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
