Resurrection: Celebrate the Revival of Your Spirit

At Easter time, we have an opportunity to contemplate our personal resurrection. This time of year, springtime, lends itself to revitalization and renewal.
Think about your spiritual connection with the Divine. Does it need a revival? Is your spiritual life awakened and vitalized? Rise up and remember your true spiritual nature. Call on the Angel of Awakening to be your guide to act from your highest morals and standards. Spiritual awakening is the key to remembering and living your life’s purpose. Ask this Angel of Awakening to light your path to understand how to awaken spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally – on all levels.
Connect with Archangel Seraphiel, an angel of music, when you meditate using chants to realize a higher level of awareness and spiritual attunement. Sound plays a key role in spiritual development. Chanting, hymns, and drumming have been used for thousands of years in spiritual practices. All energy is vibration, and all vibration has sound. Sound shifts the vibration of a space or energy field and has a transformational effect on each of us in our daily lives as well as in the healing process. For example, when peaceful, calming music is played in a room or space, it promotes serenity and relaxation. Likewise, hearing one’s favorite song and singing along, in the car for instance, brings joy. On the other hand, hearing intense booming from another’s car at a stoplight can result in agitation. Singing has been used to soothe a baby to sleep, ease the stress of an illness or pain, and to bring more joy into one’s life. Sound and music create vibrations within and around us.
In many cultures, chanting—repetitive melodic speaking or singing of a phrase or statement (mantra)—brings focus and peace. Chanting moves energy and assists in connecting spiritually with the Divine. Chanting is a way to tune in to the frequency of love. The chanting of mantras, as practiced by Benedictine and Tibetan monks, creates an avenue for a dialogue with the Divine. This connection clears energy and transforms the vibrational frequency.
Saint Hildegard started receiving ecstatic visions of light and sound at a very young age. Saint Hildegard of Bingen, 1098 – 1179, known as Hildegard von Bingen, was a German Benedictine abbess born to parents of nobility. Saint Hildegard was a composer, herbalist, healer, linguist, mystic, pharmacist, philosopher, playwright, poet, theologian, visionary, and writer. She was a spiritual healer for physical diseases. Call on Saint Hildegard when you need the extra support to live your life to your fullest potential and believe in your deep faith. Ask her to help you believe in your inner knowledge and to have the courage to act upon it and share it with the world. Saint Hildegard is a model of an empowered woman following the guidance of the Divine.
Saint Hildegard can guide you in spiritual healing for yourself and others. Allow her vibration to inspire you musically. Open your ears, mind, and heart to connection with the cosmos and higher spiritual communication.
Connect with another saint, Saint Mary Magdalene, to align with the vibrations of resurrection. According to the Gospel of John, Mary Magdalene was alone when Jesus appeared to her after His resurrection. Although Jesus was resurrected, there was a lot of sorrow associated with his life and the acceptance (or non-acceptance) of his teachings of love, kindness, compassion, and tolerance for all. Clear quartz and the pink stones – cobaltoan calcite, kunzite, magenta-dyed agate, rhodochrosite, and rose quartz are beneficial to remain aligned with your heart chakra and love.
Hold the vision of a better way of life for all beings. Align your consciousness with the Feminine Christ. Be compassionate. Remember, you have great wisdom within you. Know the truth and live your truth. Live life with a focus on your heart center. Allow love in all that you experience. Be a receptacle for all that is love.
