A Note from Margaret Ann

The Crystal Garden Front

Here is an update about The Crystal Garden. We are all safe and happy here at the store enjoying assisting you via phone, text, video, social media, and more.

We are so grateful to those of you who have supported us in shifting toward eCommerce (check out how many new items are on our website) and placing orders by phone and allowing us to serve you as we personal shop for you. It’s been so much fun and allows us to use our intuition while we are personally shopping for you. In fact, we have been able to give you so much more personal attention and cultivate deeper relationships with each of you.

Although we would love to see you in person, we don’t have a date set to open to the public. In addition to waiting for the data to indicate it’s safe to reopen, much planning and preparation are needed to ensure we can keep staff and customers safe.

For the safety of our customers, staff, and community as a whole, we ask that you also follow all recommended health and safety precautions everywhere you go, and to please stay home if you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms.

The Crystal Garden is focused on serving the community by expanding the product selection on our website (visit us online at TheCrystalGarden.com) and offering virtual shopping events, virtual meditations, and other classes via Zoom and Facebook Live. Most Thursdays we offer a Facebook Live Shopping Event featuring different categories of curated items. We are your personal shoppers by phone, text, and social media, and more. We offer shipping and local pickup options for merchandise both on our website and on phone orders. We appreciate all of you who have expressed your gratitude for our efforts and have engaged in our online events and remote shopping.

We will keep you updated as the situation changes. We’ll navigate a gradual reopening over time with the same thoughtfulness as we made the switch to online back in March. At this time we anticipate that the first phase of reopening will look something like the following (at a future unknown date):

  • Appointments will be available in 15-minute windows, one person at a time.
  • All Customers and Staff members must wear a face covering at all times.
  • We will provide you with a clean pair of gloves as you enter that you will be required to wear while you’re in the store.
  • We ask that you limit touching merchandise until you think you might purchase it. Containers will be available to place the items you touched but didn’t purchase so we can disinfect it before it is returned to the shelf.
  • We will be installing plexiglass in the front showroom at the register and jewelry counters for added protection.
  • Physical distancing at a minimum of 6 feet will be strictly enforced.
  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. This is for everyone’s safety.

We really appreciate your support and understanding during these uncertain times. We love that so many of you consider us your “safe space” and a place to take a deep breath and center, and we want to continue to be that while protecting everyone.

The Ultimate Realignment: Pray for Humanity By Margaret Ann Lembo

The Ultimate Realignment: Pray for Humanity

The Ultimate Realignment: Pray for Humanity By Margaret Ann Lembo

At the time I am writing this, we are in our third week of sequestering and distancing from each other due to the Global Pandemic 2020. The time has come for the ultimate realignment of humanity.

One person at a time

As a human race change must occur. Collectively, we must join together to overcome this invisible energy that overwhelms and creates chaos.

As an individual change must occur. Each and every one of us must individually go within and step away from the chaos that is currently occurring as well as the personal chaos that created negative experiences you were living prior to this pandemic. We must realign.

To realign we must change. I must change. You must change. And, collectively, we must change our way of being in the world and return to love, kindness, compassion, tolerance, and acceptance.

Love, Kindness, Compassion, Tolerance, and Acceptance

During the imposed pause on our lives we are being called to make a shift in our connection with the Divine and with each other. For the ultimate realignment of humanity to take place requires that we spend time in quiet contemplation to observe ourselves ~ to review our behaviors toward self, loved ones, and strangers.

Maintain focus and make it a discipline to recapitulate your day each evening. Using your memory, recall your day from beginning to end. Observe if your words and actions resonated with love and kindness. Contemplate how much laughter and joy existed. Notice how people acted or reacted toward you and reflect on why these experiences have occurred. Do this practice without judgement.

Core Beliefs

“The majority of your core beliefs are established in the first ten years of your life. These years are called the formative years for a reason. This is the time period when you store information that becomes your foundation or your “come from” place for the rest of your life. It may take a wake-up call or a crisis to catapult you into exploring your core beliefs and the events that created those beliefs. Through self-observation and recapitulation of some early events, you can bring about consciousness and awareness. Once there is a realization of what created the belief to start with, then you have something to work with to heal and realign.

Exercise: Recapitulation

The intention of this exercise is to help you remember the belief systems that were imposed upon you as a child. The belief systems helped mold you, but at this moment, you have the opportunity to review these beliefs and decide which ones you want to keep and which ones you are ready to release. Once you clean away what is no longer your truth, you have room to create what you do want in your life. This exercise is part meditation and part writing exercise.

You will need paper or a journal and a pen. Turn off phones and other things that could interrupt your meditative process. Sit comfortably with your spine erect. Place the journal and pen nearby or on your lap. Place all of your awareness on your breath, on the inhalation and the exhalation. Be aware of your hands resting gently in your lap and how your spine supports the structure of your body. Close your eyes and breathe. Observe the expansion of your body when you inhale, and observe the contraction of your body as you exhale. If thoughts arise in your mind, observe the thought and put the thought on hold. Acknowledge the thought and let the thought know you will return to it later. Right now you are doing something else. If the thought persists, pick up your pen and write it down to remove it from your consciousness. Keep in mind that the thought could be a clue for what the exercise will help you in terms of remembering.

As you continue to focus on your breath, let yourself relax. Relax every part of your body starting with your feet. Simply think to yourself and take a deep breath with each of these thoughts: Feet relax. Legs relax. Hips relax. Internal organs relax. Torso relax. Back muscles relax. Shoulders relax. Arms and hands relax. Face and scalp relax.

Put all of your awareness on the center of your forehead and the center of your chest near your heart. Pick up your pen and write down every place you’ve ever lived from the moment you were born. If you can, include the address, people and situations that you recall from that residence. Allow yourself to go into a free, reeling journaling session where you allow yourself to write in a stream of consciousness. As you jar your memory, feelings will arise. Allow yourself to feel the feelings and write out what you are experiencing.

This exercise can also be done at your computer if you can keep yourself from being distracted. So if you do better writing or journaling when you type instead of writing longhand, then follow your internal guidance system. The point is to allow an awakening of your awareness to help you find the source of your belief systems. You don’t have to change anything, but you may find that the awareness provides the avenue for a shift to take place in a positive way.”

The return to love

It is simple. Love is the answer. Return to prayer. Return to contemplative thought. Return to meditation. Return to self-reflection. Return to dedicating your life to being a better person today than you were yesterday. Give yourself permission to relax into practicing being a kind, loving, and happy person.

“You are love. Your true essence is love. Be aware that you are love in all you do, say, think, feel, smell, taste or know, and you will be happy and healthy all the days of your life.”

Practice

It is easier if you remember that you are practicing. As you observe and realize how you must realign then you can shift from the customary habitual way of acting or reacting and decide you will try handling situations differently. You never know until you try.

Chakra Awakening Book CoverInherently, we are love, pure love. I am love. You are love. Collectively, we are love.

“You are love. Your true essence is love. Be aware that you are love in all you do, say, think, feel, smell, taste or know, and you will be happy and healthy all the days of your life.”

Practicing Self-Observation by Margaret Ann Lembo

PRACTICING SELF-OBSERVATION

Are we generally a culture that lacks self-awareness? Self-observation is one of the best means to achieve self-knowledge—that is, the knowledge of one’s own philosophies and beliefs. Most philosophies and beliefs are established from birth to age ten and become part of our subconscious. Through the practice of self-observation, we can uncover these unconscious beliefs and determine if those beliefs are in alignment with our personal truth.

Self-observation is the intentional act of observing one’s own behaviors, reactions and actions as an interested, objective observer—that is, without judgment. Once the observation is made, a shift generally occurs without much action. The observation is often accompanied by a realization that one’s beliefs and thought-forms (manifestations of mental energy) were imposed or established by others, and a conscious decision can be made to discard what is no longer appropriate and retain that which has a positive influence.

Through self-observation, one’s level of self-importance is also revealed. Self-importance removes one’s ability to stay focused on love, kindness and tolerance. In order to become a better person, the shift of awareness from self-importance to love actualizes inner peace, health and well-being. Once achieved individually, this self-actualization can be transmitted by example to others. Inner peace brings awareness. Awareness brings love. Love brings awareness.

Many of the enlightened masters lived human lives on this planet with a focus on love. Throughout time, masters like Buddha, Christ, Sai Baba, Babaji, Mother Theresa and others focused their teachings and attention on love, kindness, compassion, tolerance and self-knowledge or self-awareness. (Throughout this book you will find the terms Christ consciousness and Buddha consciousness. These terms are not being used in a religious sense, but are spiritual terms that synoptically refer to the human ability to transform and heal while living within the consciousness of love and tolerance, thereby achieving inner peace.)

To begin a simple practice of self-observation, start now as you read this book. Observe how you hold the book. Become aware of your hands holding the book. How are you sitting? What are you sitting on, what is it made of, and where did the materials come from? Are you eating or drinking while you read? Do you smell a scent in the air? Is there sufficient lighting as you read? Through these basic observations, you will begin a journey toward a conscious awareness of yourself and your surroundings, thereby heightening your perceptions of self and the space around you. These observations are a small stepping stone to a larger sense of self-awareness, including an awareness of your thoughts, where they are coming from, what provoked them, and how to transition yourself out of unhealthy or challenging situations, all of which we will discuss further.

The Pathfinder: Awakening New Beginnings with Colors and Gems

The Pathfinder: Awakening New Beginnings with Colors and Gems
By Margaret Ann Lembo

As we enter another cycle through the wheel of life every spring, it provides extra energy for that part of you that is ready to begin something new with a fiery passion. Use this time of year to reactivate your confidence, enthusiasm, and passion for life. You don’t need to wait to do this when spring arrives because this vibration is available every day at sunrise. If you desire to get things moving in your life, here are a few gems that can support you because of the color and vibration.

Ammonite fossils, spiral-shaped (ram-horn) calcite fossilized shells, symbolically connects you with the power of the ram that represents power, strength, and the willingness to forge forward.

Carnelian, light to dark red variety of chalcedony, is a vibrational match for people who know how to get things started, and it helps with the energy to get the task completed.

Garnet and ruby carry the vibration of passion and determination. They activate your innate ability to catapult you toward your full potential.

Golden calcite is associated with part of you that believes you can achieve anything you put your mind to, and golden color of calcite can help with clarity of mind and feelings to remember your magnificence.

Red jasper is associated with energy and enthusiasm. Use red energy when you need an extra push to finish what you started.

You can choose to use the colors, orange, yellow and red, instead of or in addition to the colorful gems listed above. Wear clothes in this color range and take a mindful notice to these colors in your diet. Form the intention to be mindful and aware of your desire to improve confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for life every time you look at and interact with this range of color to help you transform and improve your life.

Aries (March 21–April 19)
Aries is the first astrological sign of the zodiac cycle and the ruler of the first house of the astrological chart. The first house is known as the ascendant, the sign that was rising at the moment of your birth. The first house is the house of beginnings, your view of the world, and your personality. Aries is a cardinal sign, its planetary ruler is Mars, and its symbol is the ram. The other cardinal signs are Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. Cardinal signs in the zodiac are the ones that start each of the seasons.

Aries is the sign that starts spring. The element associated with Aries is Fire and those born under this sign tend to have a fiery nature. The key phrase for Aries is “I am.” Aries are typically determined, confident, enthusiastic, and passionate. Aries may also be a bit impatient, aggressive, and possibly short-tempered. Aries are great leaders and are excellent at starting things. They have the ability to be pioneers and pathfinders. On a health level, Aries need to pay attention to anything to do with the head, like headaches or sinus challenges. It’s best for Aries to be mindful around insects, as they have a tendency to attract insect bites and stings.

Use aromatherapy to accentuate the positive aspects of this zodiac sign with my spray, Aries by The Crystal Garden Brand.

Essential Oils: Antibacterial, Antiseptic, and Antiviral By Margaret Ann Lembo

Essential Oils: Antibacterial, Antiseptic, and Antiviral
By Margaret Ann Lembo from The Essential Guide to Aromatherapy and Vibrational Healing

Aromatic plants have played an important role in health, beauty, food preservation, and healing on all levels for millennium, with written records going back to around 3,500 BC. Ancient Egyptians used aromatherapy in the embalming and mummification process (2650–2575 BC) as well as in their daily lives. Still known today as master perfumers, the Egyptians were actually the first to extract the volatile oils from plants with the use of heat.

The antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiviral properties of essential oils have been used to ward off diseases for centuries. It is said that, during the Great Plague in Europe, essential oils were used to prevent the plague from spreading. There were a number of these plagues that went through Seville (1647), London (1665–66), Vienna (1679), and Marseille (1720). Historical accounts suggest that because the perfumers were constantly handling these aromatic substances in the making of perfumes, they were immune to this terrible illness.

Essential oils also work on an energetic level to rebalance us spiritually, mentally, and emotionally, and offer many physiological benefits. Emotional and mental rebalancing includes raising our spirits when we are feeling down to clear out negative thoughtforms as well as psychic debris.

How to Use Essential Oils

There are many ways for essential oils to have positive effects on the body, mind, and spirit. The three ways I recommend using essential oils, whether as single notes or part of a blend, are:

1. Diffusion—cold-water mist from a diffuser or mister into the air.

2. Inhalation—smelling the oil or blend directly from the bottle or as a mist.

3. Topically—application to the skin (usually the soles of the feet) with the use of a carrier oil or lotion.

Incorporate the use of essential oils into your daily life. It adds another dimension to life. Use it to raise your spirits or ward off infections. There are many essential oils that are antibacterial, antiseptic, and antiviral including: eucalyptus, lavender, orange, ravensara, and tea tree. There are many more essential oils that have therapeutic qualities and other qualities to ward off infections and keep us healthy.

Antibacterial: Kills and inhibits the growth of bacteria; bactericidal (e.g., angelica, basil, blue cypress, cinnamon, clove, coriander, elemi, eucalyptus, fennel, frankincense, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, hyssop, jasmine, lemon, melissa)

Antifungal: Destroys fungus; fungicide (e.g., angelica, chamomile, cinnamon, clove, elemi, eucalyptus, fennel, geranium, jasmine, juniper berry, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, myrrh, neroli, orange, oregano, palmarosa, patchouli, pine, rosemary, rosewood, sage, sandalwood, spikenard, sweet marjoram, tea tree, thyme)

Anti-infectious: Prevents and reduces infections (e.g., ravensara, sandalwood, tea tree)

Antiseptic: Prevents and kills the growth of disease-causing microorganisms (e.g., allspice, angelica, anise seed, basil, benzoin, bergamot, birch, black pepper, cardamom, cedarwood, chamomile, cinnamon, clary sage, clove, elemi, eucalyptus, fennel, frankincense, geranium, ginger, grapefruit, hyacinth, hyssop, jasmine, juniper berry, lavender, lemon, lemongrass, lime, mandarin, melissa, myrrh, neroli, niaouli, orange, oregano, palmarosa, patchouli, peppermint, petitgrain, pine, ravensara, rosemary, rosewood, sage, sandalwood, spikenard, spruce, sweet marjoram, tea tree, thyme, vetiver, wintergreen, ylang ylang)

Antiviral: Removes, kills, and protects against viruses (e.g., angelica, benzoin, blue cypress, cinnamon, clove, elemi, eucalyptus, hyssop, jasmine, lavender, lime, melissa, orange, oregano, palmarosa, patchouli, peppermint, pine, ravensara, rosemary, rosewood, sage, sandalwood, sweet marjoram, tea tree, thyme)

Archangel Raphael and Legions of Healing Angels By Margaret Ann Lembo

Archangel Raphael and Legions of Healing Angels
By Margaret Ann Lembo

Archangel Raphael is the archangel responsible for healing and good health in most traditions. Raphael is mentioned in the Book of Tobit. His name means ‘It is God who heals.’ Archangel Raphael provides healing support for any type of discomfort on all levels – mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This archangel helps to strengthen your determination to overcome health challenges, helps you understand how you created your present situation, and provide healing support through the transformation. Raphael helps to draw helpful people into your life during a period of healing and heal attachments to things that are no longer for your highest good.

Call on Archangel Raphael and petition the assistance of the archangel to guide you in life to keep you in good health. If you are already challenged by a health issue, ask this angel to show you what you need to do to improve your well-being. Call on Raphael when you need guidance on how to heal yourself or others and to inspire you to find the perfect health care practitioners. He is said to be the head of the Guardian Angels. Raphael’s energy is emerald green.

Watch for signs and listen to your intuition when you get an idea on how you can heal. Use aromatherapy to invite another sense to increase your attention on how to heal. Pray and spray Archangel Raphael Spray to bring connection with the highest level of self-care and healing.

Everyday Angels

Call on the Angel of Health and legions of healing angels to light the way to a balanced emotional state and a peaceful mind, as well as better physical health. Well-being is your natural state. Living a healthy life includes social well-being as well as physical, emotional, and mental balance. Spiritual fulfillment also contributes to good health. Imagine yourself full of health and vitality. Visualize yourself feeling and looking physically fit with plenty of energy—enough energy to share your blessings and take the actions you need to take toward emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Determine the best diet for your body and implement healthy eating strategies. Diversify how you exercise and get a good night’s sleep for optimal health. Decide to be strong and in great condition and then ask the Angel of Health to inspire you to achieve this intention.

Crystals, Minerals, and Stones for Good Health

Wear specific healing crystals and gemstones like citrine, garnet, green aventurine, jade, or ruby. Use citrine for mental clarity, for ease indigestion, and to integrate everything going on around you and within you. Employ garnet to increase energy, stamina, and vitality. Keep green aventurine for health, wealth, and happiness. Use jade for good fortune, love, health, and wellness. And, gaze at ruby to align with your core inner strength.

Prayer

Oh, Angel of Health! Please guide me in being aware of the actions I need to take every day to be healthy. Help me to think positively and feel gratitude for my life to boost my immune system. I want to eat properly and exercise regularly. Inspire me to eat the foods that are perfect for my body type. Show me ways to balance my work and my playtime so that I feel emotionally and mentally fulfilled. Inspire me to choose good habits to maintain a healthy weight, glowing skin, strong hair and nails, and overall well-being. Thank you!

Gemstones and the Tarot by Margaret Ann Lembo

Gemstones and the Tarot by Margaret Ann Lembo

Using crystals and gemstones for readings came to my awareness after years of assisting customers pick gemstones in my own retail store in Florida, The Crystal Garden. Customers often want to know what stone will bring them love, or which crystal will clear negativity from their lives. I recommend that they go stand before the jewelry counter or the display of tumbled stones and encourage them to allow their eyes to go to what is drawing their attention.

The Gemstone Oracle

Add the element of the Gemstone Oracle in your tarot card sessions. To start the session, before you lay your cards, have the client pick gemstones from a pile of tumbled stones like the photo pictured here. After the client chooses the stones they are attracted to, tell them a bit about the qualities of those stones and why they may have been attracted to the stones. The size, shape, and color give you, the reader, clues as to why they chose those gems. Offer them a book about stones so they can read further about what they have chosen. For example, my book, The Essential Guide to Crystals, Minerals and Stones, look up more about the chosen crystals or recommend the client reads more. The book provides the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical uses of the stone as well as divination or Divine Guidance. The astonishment regarding the accuracy of what each stone represents for them in their life truly amazes client after client.

Develop your intuition

For you as the tarot card reader, my recommendation of gemstones to use for developing and enhancing intuition are amethyst, apophyllite, clear quartz, kyanite, lapis lazuli, and selenite. All of these gems amplify your ability to see the unseen, know the unknown, and hear what is not being said. With clear intention on your part, use these stones with the goal to focus on trusting your inner voice as well as the many signs and symbols available to you through your dreams and synchronistic life situations.

What’s your favorite tarot card?

I have some favorites! Mine are the Empress, the Lovers, and the Ten of Cups. The Empress card is symbolic of the empowered female as well as the feminine entrepreneur. The Lovers is one that denotes a loving relationship or a strong partnership, and the Ten of Cups is a celebration of balanced emotions and the vibe of happily ever after. All the pink and green gemstones are aligned with all three of these tarot cards. Let’s say emerald for the Empress, Ruby for the Lovers, and Rose Quartz for the Ten of Cups.

Emerald affirmation: I am grateful for my prosperity. I am healthy, whole, and complete. I am successful in all of my pursuits. My actions have beneficial results for everyone.

Ruby affirmation: Vital life force flows vibrantly through me. I am strong and health. I am grateful for my energetic passion.

Rose Quartz affirmation: My heart is open to giving and receiving love. I transform the world around me through focusing my energy and intentions on Divine love.

Challenging cards in the tarot deck

There are a few cards that can represent challenges. Remember, it doesn’t mean there is a disaster on the horizon, but perhaps trials and tribulations that offer growth and experience. The Tower is a card that sometimes indicates a major change and disruption in the status quo. During times of change and potential upheaval, use calcite to assist you through the transitionary period. Affirmations are helpful to maintain awareness and intention.

With an optical calcite say this affirmation: I see life clearly now. All obstacles have fallen away. Green or pink calcite are helpful when you are experiencing a change of heart.

Blue calcite helps you when you realize you need help with communication and the ability to understand others. Use this affirmation: I speak with love and kindness. I communicate softly regardless of what I need to express.

Green or pink calcite are helpful when you are experiencing a change of heart. Use this affirmation to open your ability to accept change: I remain grounded and focused even when the world around me changes.
Orange calcite is optimal for all types of change and to really help you recognize that all change leads to better life situations. Use this affirmation: I embrace change. I create my own reality.

Animal Totems for Relationships by Margaret Ann Lembo

Animal Totems for Relationships by Margaret Ann Lembo

Excerpts from Animal Totems and the Gemstone Kingdom: Spiritual Connections of Crystal Vibrations and Animal Medicine

“Matching the teachings of gemstones with the teachings of animals provides you with an even deeper understanding and a life filled with “aha” moments. The spiritual fulfillment you seek is available to you in so many ways, and this path of working with gemstones and animal medicine is just one of many.
Understanding symbolism and the messages around you—and within you—at any given moment helps you to be consciously present and to know yourself better. This book is written with the intention of helping you to be consciously present so that you can create the change or transformation you want in your life, understand a situation or interaction better, or gain more insight into your relationship with another, or with yourself.

Message from Cardinal

Cardinals mate for life. Cardinal is a good ally to help you attract or maintain a lifelong partner and a stable household.

Establish more effective ways to communicate. Find the courage to express and demonstrate your love to your partner through healthy communication. Spend time at home together, and enjoy your stable environment. Shift the tone of your voice to garner a better or different response. Listen to each other, and develop a stronger spiritual connection with each other.

Use in conjunction with Red Goldstone and make a decision to magnetically attract the perfect life partner or cultivate your existing relationship. Nurture and nourish the relationship you have with your significant other as it develops and evolves over the years.

Message from Dog

Dog helps you align your relationships with comfort, love, and true companionship. Dog medicine relates not only to the faithfulness of the relationship you have with others but also (and especially) to the faithfulness of the relationship you have with yourself. Dog helps you attract loving, authentic, and supportive colleagues, family, and friends and helps you feel safe and protected.

Take a look deep into yourself to check in on your own level of fidelity and dependability. Is yours or someone else’s loyalty in question? Are you building relationships with trustworthy and reliable people? You can benefit from a connection with an animal companion for overall well-being. Consciously decide to create happiness and harmony, and you will naturally attract unconditional love and good friends.”
There are more animal totems to help you with relationships – with friends, lovers, or business associates.

Iolite is a reminder to focus on being loyal to yourself and loving yourself unconditionally. Keep iolite with you when you want to attract a best friend or a circle of trustworthy companions. When you feel peaceful, it helps you allow love, adoration, and companionship into your life, which like that of a dog, is healing and nurturing.

Invite the Divine into your Relationships: Archangel Chamuel and Kunzite

Invite the Divine into your Relationships: Archangel Chamuel and Kunzite

by Margaret Ann Lembo

Do you allow love into your life? Are you cultivating your existing relationships with love and attention? Do you need to heal wounds from previous relationships and leave those burdens outside to dissolve?
You have a relationship with everything and everyone. You also have a relationship with yourself. With a focus on self-love, cultivate that relationship and uncover what it means to you to have a relationship with yourself. Observe how much time and effort you put into all your relationships. Note if one or more of your relationship requires more attention.

Invite the Divine into your relationship(s) with the help of the Angel of Relationships. When you feel like you don’t have the types of close-knit friendships you desire, ask this angel to help you delve into unresolved emotions. Heal your emotions and make a decision to discontinue unwanted repetitive patterns in your relationships so that your future interactions are healthy and uplifting.

Call on Archangel Chamuel to amplify blessings and well-being in relationships. Archangel Chamuel, one of the seven archangels, is the angel of peaceful relationships. Chamuel’s name means “one who seeks God” and helps you find a spiritual connection in all relationships. Call on this archangel to boost your self-confidence to amplify blessings and well-being in relationships, to heal issues from past relationships, and free you of old emotional challenges and petty arguments. Archangel Chamuel helps to open your heart center and activate unconditional love and compassionate action.

Use kunzite as a tool for setting your intention to maintain a loving vibration at all times. Kunzite helps you attract healthy romantic relationships as well as supportive loving friendships and good business colleagues. This stone encourages kindness, compassion, and tolerance. With its loving energy, kunzite is good for supporting the health of your physical heart as well as your general health, as love heals all things. With kunzite in hand, imagine love vibrating in every cell, bone, and muscle in your physical body. This practice amplifies the degree of healing for yourself and others as well.

With kunzite in hand, petition your angels, archangels, and the Divine with something like this:

Blessings and Good Fortune: Attract Abundance, Health, and Happiness

Blessings and Good Fortune: Attract abundance, health, and happiness

By Margaret Ann Lembo

When it comes to luck, it’s always up to you and your mindset to attract favorable circumstances. Ask yourself, ‘In what ways am I lucky? Where in my life do I feel unlucky? What is the source of all the happiness, luck, and favorable outcomes I’ve experienced?

You can shift your mindset so you can believe that you are always blessed with favorable outcomes and that you can always have great luck! Luck appears to come by chance, but in truth, it is a state of mind. When you believe you can have success, prosperity, good health, along with a wonderful family and good friends—things that make you feel lucky—you invite these things to manifest in your life. Having good fortune is your decision.

Amplify your intentions and maintain mindfulness on a life filled with goodness and blessings using amethyst, copper, carnelian, citrine, and jade, to name a few gems. Use the amethyst to attract good thoughts, pleasant dreams, and transformational experiences that lead you to blessings and good fortune. Keep copper nearby with the intention to be a conduit of good luck for those around you. Allow the carnelian to motivate you to take the action required to manifest a life filled with all that is good. Hold onto some citrine to assist you when you need some help to look at life optimistically as you consciously create your reality filled with blessings. Keep jade in your pocket or on your desk as a reminder that you have a life filled with blessings, good health, great wealth, and happiness.

Send off a petition and invite the Angel of Good Fortune to light your path. Send off a request something like this:

Oh, Angel of Good Fortune! Please help me attract blessings, abundance, prosperity, great health, and happiness into my life. Inspire me to be fortunate enough to know how to create my own luck. In addition to random chance, show me ways to take action to create favorable outcomes and good fortune. Let me manifest my dreams to bring blessings into my own life and into the lives of others. Help me to have plenty of all that is good so that I can share that good fortune with my friends, family, and the community. Thank you!

Use some positive thoughts to replace thoughts that are no longer for your highest good. Here are a few affirmations to include in your daily thoughts:

I am so incredibly lucky! My life is replete with blessings. The energies of abundance and prosperity flow continuously in my life. I am grateful for all that I have. I am safe and secure because luck is on my side. I am blessed with good luck while traveling. My heart is open and I have good fortune when it comes to loving relationships. My creative mind finds ways to generate my own good luck.

May your days be filled with blessings and love and may the angels light your path.
