Mental uses: This stone heightens your compassion for yourself when you realize that your repetitive thoughts are attracting unwanted situations.

Emotional uses: Chrysoprase is a heart chakra stone. With this stone in hand, open your heart to give love and, even more important, to let yourself receive love. The yellow variety of this stone helps you increase your self-esteem, self-confidence, and courage. It is also useful for helping to raise you out of depression. Use this stone when you are in mental overload to help rebalance and clear out the overwhelmed feelings associated with too much information.

Physical uses: This stone reminds you to take a break and relax so that you can recharge yourself, not only physically but mentally, spiritually, and emotionally, as well.

Divine guidance: Are you overworked? Take the time to nurture yourself and know you are loved by the Divine. Open your heart chakra by showing yourself and others more compassion. Engage in nurturing practices, such as taking a long bath and drinking water frequently, to nourish yourself.
