Sacral Chakra Tibetan Singing Bowl

Sacral Chakra Tibetan Singing Bowl

The navel chakra is the energy center where creativity resides. The ability manifest reality is held here. It’s entirely up to you what you wish to manifest; it can be a book, a child, a business, a garden, a delicious meal, a sculpture and so on. The possibilities are endless. Pull the energy up from the belly to step into action to make it so!

Sacral Chakra Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation

Imagine there is an orange sphere of light a few inches below your belly button. With every breath you take, this sphere of orange light gets brighter and more
translucent. It is spinning at your sacral chakra, the color orange, at exactly the right speed. It spins off stuck emotions, abusive treatment, abandonment, and rejection, releasing it to be transformed and transmuted. As it releases, the new clear light of love refills that space, bringing balance and calm.

Description

Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra is a storage center associated with emotions—both positive and negative. Often, emotions we least want to deal with are shoved down deep into the navel chakra. It is the place from which most cords of attachment to people, places, and things of the past must be cut and released. The navel chakra is the energy center of manifestation. Combine your written lists and visualizations with affirmations.

Tibetan Singing Bowl – Sacral Chakra

A Tibetan bowl, generally made from a bronze alloy containing copper, tin, zinc, iron, silver, gold, and nickel is a type of standing bell played by striking or rubbing its rim with a wooden or leather-wrapped mallet. This excitation causes the sides and rim of the bowl to vibrate, producing a rich sound. The unique singing properties of Tibetan bowls were utilized as a way of investigating a liquid’s interaction with solid materials — a situation that arises in many engineering applications such as the wind-loading of bridges and buildings.

When a fluid-filled Tibetan bowl is rubbed, the slight changes in the bowl’s shape disturb the surface at the water’s edge, generating waves. Moreover, when these changes are sufficiently large, the waves break, leading to the ejection of droplets.

The new findings could benefit processes such as fuel injectors and perfume sprays where droplet generation plays an important role.

The high-speed videos allowed the researchers, from Université de Liège and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, to quantify how the droplets were formed, ejected, accelerated, and bounced on the surface of the fluid.

A similar phenomenon exists when rubbing the edge of a wine glass, which inspired the design of the glass harmonica by Benjamin Franklin. However, the Tibetan singing bowl is easier to excite than the wine glass, since its resonant frequency is much smaller.

The sound of Tibetan singing bowls harmonizes and allows for deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body. After sound therapy emotions are calm and the mind is clearer and the sound vibrations have an effect on the body after the singing bowls have been played on it.
