Manifest Your Best Life by Margaret Ann Lembo What do you want? Do you know what you want? My favorite exercise for the New Year is to write down as many things I can think of that I want to create. I recommend writing your list quickly and try to write 100 things. Don’t worry about if you think it is possible or not. Just allow your stream of consciousness to list all the things you desire on all levels – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Be sure to have items on your list that fall into all four levels of conscious reality. The first step is to write it down. Make the list. Then, write more about each thing on your list that you want to establish, create, manifest, and live daily in your life. Once you have the list and more about each item you want to create, it is time to visualize, imagine, and daydream. What do you want on a spiritual level? What do you want on a mental level? What do you want on an emotional level? What do you want on a physical level? Let’s think about it together and make a list. Here are some ideas to get you started.
