To begin, stand or sit comfortably allowing the pendulum to swing freely. Hold the pendulum with your dominant hand in front of you – or rest your elbow on a table to keep your hand steady. To determine the Yes response, simply think or say “Show me a yes” and to determine a no response, simply think or say “Show me a no.”
A pendulum is a tool that is used to communicate with spirit via your higher self or your guides. An interesting use of your pendulum is to find lost objects, and it can also be used to help you decide if a crystal is the right one for you to use.
