Deep within the seat of your consciousness is a place where all is known. Through meditation, you can awaken your consciousness and access this place whenever you choose.

Indigo blue energy, or the third eye chakra, is located behind the center of your forehead. The primary colors associated with the third eye are indigo, purple and dark blue. To connect with your third eye, place your attention on the center of your forehead. Move your attention behind that spot and imagine you are taking a walk down a hallway to the center of your brain. If you were to put an imaginary line through the center of the top of your head that vertically intersects with the hallway, this intersection is where you would stop and imagine that you are opening the doorway to your subconscious psychic center. As you develop your third eye, your subconscious and unconscious becomes more conscious.

The third eye center is the place of your intuition and your ability to “see” the unseen, know the unknown, feel the unfeelable and to connect with the invisible world of Spirit. The third eye is the center for your higher intuition. Intuition is your ability to have direct access to the truth independent of any type of reasoning process.
