Little Altars Everywhere: Crystal Grids for Body, Mind, and Soul

A crystal grid is the compilation of gemstones in a geometric formation placed in or around a person, place, or thing to achieve the formed intention. The most important factor in establishing a grid is the intention of the grid and maintaining a focus on that intention. It’s so easy to have our minds wander off to think about the grocery list, what so-and-so said to us, or any random thoughts and feelings.
In grid mode, you want to rid yourself of those extraneous thoughts and stay focused on the matter. Establish a key phrase to keep your mind on the intention of the grid. I use the phrase, “love, light, and well-being for the highest good of all concerned,” or some variation. The intention is up to you.
Altars are an easy way to create grids in and around your home and office. In some cases, the grid can literally look like a pretty formation of crystals in different geometric patterns. In others, the more subtle approach is just as beneficial and will just look like some pretty gemstones on a window sill or coffee table. Strategically place crystals on surfaces around a room with intention while you maintain the focus on the intention for the placement. Imagine a link or a vibration connecting one gemstone to another across the room, much like beams of light holding a pattern that only you can see in your mind’s eye.
