In a lot of circles, the word psychic has a negative connotation. It conjures up thoughts of fortune-telling. Instead of thinking about being psychic, let’s start thinking in terms of being intuitive. So, on October 31 I will be celebrating a new holiday that I am creating…“Increase Your Intuition Day.”
Let’s start with defining what intuition. It is the ability to acquire knowledge without proof, evidence, or conscious reasoning, or without understanding how the knowledge was acquired. Everyone is intuitive. Regardless of whether we are conscious of it or not, much of what we do is based on feelings and intuition. The actions we take are often based on the feelings and thoughts of those around us.
