Guidance from the Divine is available to you at all times. Use your inner knowing to uncover self-knowledge and self-realization for personal development and spiritual awakening. You predict your future based on your decisions to create your desired reality. Keep the doorways to heaven and higher consciousness open and flowing by maintaining an intention that “this or something better will manifest.” Use affirmations to help you visualize the outcome, and petition assistance from the angelic realm through prayer, meditation, and contemplative thought.

Invite your everyday angels and supportive archangels to help you achieve your goals and intentions. These archangels have a specific energy or ‘job description’ and can add quite a bit of angelic assistance as you work to design your reality and transform your life.

Decide to live an abundant life filled with supportive colleagues, friends, and family. Increase your confidence by maintaining a focus on your good qualities. Remove perceived blocks through self-observation to understand if there is anything that blocks you from living life fully. Suppose you are constantly asking others for their opinions or seeking guidance other than from within; then it is time to tap into that part of yourself that knows what to do and what to believe. You have the answers within yourself, you need to know how to look for them. Of course, there are times when you may need to seek advice from outside of yourself, but most of the time, you are the only one who knows what is best for you. Activate your mind to achieve new results.

Please help me trust myself and know what I need to know when I need to know it. I often have trouble deciding between choices, whether it is a big decision like whether to say yes to a new opportunity or a small one such as what to eat or wear. Help me trust my inner knowing and show me how to improve my ability to believe in myself and make it easier for me to make decisions. Thank you!

Use these positive thoughts to affirm your ability to understand and know how to proceed on your life’s path.

I can see the unseen and hear the unsaid. I acknowledge and trust my intuition. I intend to improve my spiritual sight and clairvoyant capabilities. Hidden intentions, masks, and illusions are disclosed. I trust my own inner knowing. It is easy for me to make decisions.

Pair the petition and affirmations with some of your favorite gemstones and aromatherapy to support you as you gain confidence in your inner knowing. For example, iolite helps you organize your thoughts and the ability to communicate what you know. Lapis lazuli, with its beautiful, deep, rich blue, keeps you calm as you access knowledge, wisdom, and information. Sapphire clears distortions so the truth can be revealed. You have all the tools within you. Pay attention to inspired thoughts. Remember and interpret your dreams. Be open to increasing the frequency of expanded awareness where everything makes sense. I am so grateful! My latest book, The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels, has won a Visionary Award. It won the Silver in the category of Contemporary Spirituality. This means so much to me because of spirituality in everyday living – in each and every present moment. Angels have always been an important part of my life. The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels is a helpful tool for all who wish to live in a world filled with happiness, peace, and blessings.

For as long as I can remember, angels have been part of my daily life. As a child, I felt and saw them in my imagination and called on their help whenever I was afraid or needed guidance. It was normal to imagine an angel, or a group of angels, surrounding me while I slept, ate, walked to school, took tests, and all the things we do as children. This foundation of knowing that everyday angels were always available and at my side has helped me to have a much happier and more spiritual life. These core beliefs, established in childhood, are important factors in the spiritually focused woman I have become.

I am grateful to my sister, Mary Ann. My sister, Mary Ann, was instrumental in helping me realize that I have angels all around me to help me. We shared a room and when I’d wake up in the night afraid, Mary Ann would comfort me and tell me to imagine my angels all around me watching over me while I slept. I am so grateful that I acquired this practice and knowledge at an early age.

It is my intention to help you connect with your entourage of angels. Remember you have them as your invisible helpers. Petition them and ask them to help you. They are ‘on the job’ so you can relax and allow life to unfold in Divine order. For as long as I can remember, angels have been part of my daily life. As a child, I felt and saw them in my imagination and called on their help whenever I was afraid or needed guidance. It was normal to imagine an angel, or a group of angels, surrounding me while I slept, ate, walked to school, took tests, and all the things we do as children. This foundation of knowing that everyday angels were always available and at my side has helped me to have a much happier and spiritual life. These core beliefs, established in childhood, are important factors in the spiritually-focused woman I have become.

Now, I am able to share the angelic realm from my perspective with you in The Essential Guide to Everyday Angels.

My sister, Mary Ann, was instrumental in helping me realize that I have angels all around me to help me. We shared a room and when I’d wake up in the night afraid, Mary Ann would comfort me and tell me to imagine my angels all around me watching over me while I slept. I am so grateful that I acquired this practice and knowledge at an early age.

I still actively connect with my angelic helpers for everyday life situations. Growing up in an Italian Roman Catholic family, it was common and normal at home and at school to make room for my guardian angel at my desk or at the dinner table or in any type of life situation. To this day, I intuitively hear and know that I have an entourage of angels, or sometimes legions of angels, at my beck and call. It is as simple as having a thought, imagining the angels around me, and then having faith that my heavenly helpers on ‘on the job’ so I can relax and allow life to unfold.

Since the early 1990’s I have presented many talks and workshops at bookstores throughout the US and in Canada with the intention of helping people connect with their angels. These heavenly messengers are waiting for instructions from each and every one of us. The telepathic assistance from the angelic realm is a very real part of my life and it can easily become a very real part of your life and make Essential Guide to Everyday Angelsyour life much easier.

As my knowledge of and love for crystals, minerals, and stones grew, I became aware of the various vibrational matches available through the energy of working with colorful gems. The angels are beings of light, each of them associated with a color or range of colors. Therefore, the use of gemstones are perfect reminders to maintain a focus on intended goals and aspirations because the gemstones also resonate with the color or ray of the angels and archangels, too. Teaming up the angelic world with crystals, minerals and stones, helps ground the connection I have with the angelic realm and will for you, too.

My desire for using all six senses to increase my awareness and awaken consciousness has led me to use essential oils to honor my olfactory senses. To smell the essence of everyday angels surrounding me helps make the angels even more real and palpable. I consider myself an evolutionary aromatherapist because the blends that I’ve created are divinely inspired with the intention of helping people to transform their life.
