THERE IS A REASON THAT MAY IS CALLED ASTHMA AND ALLERY MONTH

THERE IS A REASON THAT MAY IS CALLED

ASTHMA AND ALLERGY MONTH

We all know the saying “April Showers bring May flowers” – well May is here and we are surrounded by the beginning of beautiful flowers in the garden…but for some us it is the season of sneezing, coughing and allergies. There is a reason that May is called Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month!I

Many people suffer from both asthma and allergies. The following essential oils are very helpful.

Eucalyptus Essential Oil Medical GradeEucalyptus is beneficial at the first sign of a cold or respiratory challenge. It aids in opening up breathing passages to relieve congestion of nose, sinus, and bronchial airways.

Ravensara is great for warding off germs that affect the respiratory system. Use this oil to relieve sinus and bronchial congestion and clear bacterial infections. Ravensara Essential Oil Medical GradeIts powerful properties help to dissipate the potential for stubborn viral attacks, due to its strong immunological qualities.

Niaouli Essential Oil Medical GradeAn essential oil you may not have heard of is Niaouli. It helps to clear out infections of the respiratory system, including bronchitis, pneumonia, sinusitis, and the symptoms of asthma.

So, when you are feeling that cold coming on, or you are experiencing the discomfort of allergies, try one of these essential oils. I think you will be happy with the results. Mother Nature has provided us with many options to heal our physical, mental, emotional and physical needs.

Want to learn more about the benefits and use of essential oils? Read my book The Essential Guide to Aromatherapy and Vibrational Healing. The book is available at many local bookstores, Amazon and your local public library.

My body is in a constant state of restoration and healing.

May you breathe in the wonderful scents of spring and enjoy each and every moment you spend outdoors!

TO "BE" IS TO LIVE

To “Be” Is To Live

It’s not surprising that a synonym for the word “be” is to live. I thought about this word a lot as I developed my new line “Be” aromatherapy roll-on products. Creating these products has been a dream of mine for a long time and I’m “Happy” to announce that they are here. We all have the ability to take a dream and make it a reality. Many people spend their lives thinking about the “what ifs in life”. If you are reading this blog I know you are looking for ways to take action to become the “best you” you can be.

I found two quotes that really sum up my feelings about reaching for the golden ring.

“Participate in life instead of just watching it pass you by” (Lindsey Wonderson)

“Step through new doors. The majority of the time there’s something fantastic on the other side” (Terri Mindock)

As I started the creative process on the “Be” line I was inspired to send love out into the world in the way of fragrance and positive intention. My mind was going a million miles a minute! But voila it all became clear that the “Be” line should include Be Happy, Be Inspired, Be Love, Be Motivated, Be Romantic, Be Safe, Be Sleepy, Be Wealthy and Angel-gesic.

Be one of the first people to get a sneak peek at the products and how using them can help you keep your focus and “Be” the “Best You” you can be.

CELEBRATING MOTHER EARTH

CELEBRATING MOTHER EARTH

This Saturday, April 22, people around the world will be celebrating International Earth Day. Earth Day was first celebrated in the United States on April 22, 1970. The concept of taking time to acknowledge and celebrate the beauty of the earth and at the same time focus on its protection gained momentum throughout the world. And the world took notice so much so that the General Assembly of the United Nations declared in 2009 that going forward the name would be changed from Earth Day to International Earth Day.

In my work for the last 30+ years I have come to appreciate all we receive from Mother Earth. Crystals, minerals, rocks, metals, and gemstones are tools from the earth that can be used to assist us in staying focused on our intentions to create and maintain positive changes in our lives. Plus, they are simply beautiful. Essential oils are derived from aromatic plants. These plants have played an important role in health, beauty food preservation, and healing on all levels for millennia, with written records going back to around 3500 BC. So, combining crystals, minerals and stones with the use of essential oils provide us with a variety of tools to assist with our spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs.

Cedarwood, Virginia 5 mlMedical Grade Essential oilAs I mentioned in an earlier blog, spring is a wonderful time to clear out the old and bring in the new. The use of cedarwood is often included in smudging blends to replace negativity with positive energy.

With every step I take, I am aware of my connection with the sacred ground. The vibrant emerald-green energy of the plants and trees nurtures and restores my body, mind, and spirit. Everything I need to know is stored within me. I easily tap into my inner wisdom and knowledge.  – Margaret Ann Lembo

Communing with nature provides opportunities to rebalance raw emotions, feelings and out-of-control responses. Vetiver is the perfect essential oil for earth-centered spiritual pursuit, earth-based rituals, and shamanic journey work. It can assist in calming your emotions and nerves while uplifting your mood to feel more aligned and balanced.  Vetiver Essential Oil

All is well, I am calm, relaxed, and at peace. I am grounded, focused, and energized. I have plenty of energy and time to accomplish what I need and want to get done. I live a spiritual, peaceful life, I spend quality time in nature every day. I have an intimate connection with Mother Nature and her loving tools for natural healing.  – Margaret Ann Lembo

Take time this Saturday for a long walk, read a book under a tree, garden, go to an International Earth Day celebration and enjoy all Mother Nature has designed for us to enjoy.

Happy International Earth Day.

ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF CONTEMPLATION AND MEDITATION

Enjoy the Benefits of Contemplation and Meditation

If you are as busy as I am you often find yourself saying “all I need is a few minutes of peace and quiet”. Finding time to be alone is always a challenge. But if we don’t, we can find ourselves overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life. The practice of meditation has helped me to slow down and quiet the incessant chatter that is constantly going on in my mind. With a quiet mind I am able to receive insight, understanding, creative ideas and relieve stress. The meditative process always leaves me refreshed and some of the most important insights have been revealed during this time.

Deep within the seat of your consciousness is a place where all is known. Through meditation, you can awaken your consciousness and access this place wherever you choose. Remember, self-awareness brings a more balanced view of yourself and your personality. In order to achieve great things, focus and concentration are imperative…and the practice of meditation is a great tool to get you there.

Need a little help to get you going? I’ve created several guided meditation CDs; Short Meditations for Busy People, Color Meditation Align Your Chakras, Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation, Open Your Heart to Love, Meet Your Master Guide, Think Good Thoughts and Meet Your Power Animals A Drumming Journey. or join me for *Quiet! OPEN THE WINDOWS & LET THE FRESH AIR IN

OPEN THE WINDOWS & LET THE FRESH AIR IN

Time to Start Spring Cleaning !

In preparation of Spring I always like to clear out the old to let in the new. My go to is Smudge in Spray – it is a great place to start to clear my space and replace it with love, light and well-being. The fresh, green, pungent, clean, floral, sweet, woody fragrance inspires me to start that deep cleaning that I’m inspired to do each Spring.

Many of my sprays and blended oils were born out of a way to help a friend or as an alternative to commercial products.

One of my close friends was suffering from an infection that just wouldn’t quit! Out of a desire to help her I created Auntie M’s Disinfecting Essential Oil Blend and Auntie M’s Disinfecting SprayAuntie M's Anti Disinfecting Spray. There is nothing better than slipping into bed between a fresh set of sheets. I enhance mine with a spritz of Auntie M’s Bed Linen Air Freshener SprayI love the citrusy, lemongrass, lavender, with a touch of rose geranium fragrance. It’s comforting to know that while I’m sleeping I’m breathing in natural products as opposed to a commerically created scent.

I use it as a natural replacement for antibacterial purposes.

Auntie M’s Bed Linen & Air Freshener Spray 4 oz Use this as an all-natural bed linen spray, air freshener and car air freshener. This aromatherapy spray is beneficial for allergy and asthma sufferers. The gentle scent reduces cooking, pet and bathroom odors.

COME CELEBRATE

COME CELEBRATE

People around the globe are getting ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. Whether you are Irish or just Irish-at-Heart it is a day for parades, green beer and the “Wearin’ of the Green”.  It is a religious and cultural celebration of all things Irish.

Close your eyes and you can hear the bagpipes belting out songs like My Wild Irish Rose, Danny Boy, When Irish Eyes Are Smiling and I’m looking Over a Four-Leaf Clover.

Did you know that the Four-Leaf Clover, according to folklore, is one of the most common good luck symbols? Follow the leprechaun and you might be lucky enough to find the Pot of Gold.

In my latest oracle deck “Masters, Mystics, Saints & Gemstone Guardian Cardsgemstones are vibrationally matched with affirmations and a Mystic, Saint or Master teacher. Pull a card for inspiration and use the affirmation throughout your day, or choose several cards for a reading. You can also use these cards in angel communication sessions and tarot card readings for added insight and direction.

The color green has long been associated with wealth and prosperity, not only in the Irish tradition, but in many other cultures.

The Chinese have historically associated Jade with good luck.

Jade

Green also conjures up thoughts of nature and spring. So, it is fitting as we are getting ready for spring on March 20 that we focus on all things green.

Emerald is another stone that activates the Heart Chakra. It is also a stone of abundance, healing and extreme wealth. With your health and vitality intact, use this stone to attract financial success through focused action.

I am healthy, happy, and prosperous. I am extremely lucky. Good health is mine. I am grateful for all of the gifts that come into my life. All is well. I am joyous. Life is good. I pause for a moment of gratitude.

Spring is blooming and so are we!

Come Celebrate With Us! –  Please join me for the launch of my new deck Masters, Mystics, Saints and the Gemstone Guardians Oracle on March 25 from 1-3 p.m. at The Crystal Garden. There will be a free lecture starting a 1 p.m. and mini group readings using the new deck.

Daylight Savings Time on March 12 marks the coming of Spring. We leap forward loosing one hour of sleep and gain the much-anticipated additional daylight. But with the change our bodies must also adjust. Sleep can be a challenge until our bodies regulate. Using the following tools can be extremely helpful during this time of transition.

Meditation –  Whether you are a stressed executive, the over-scheduled mother or the creative genius we all need a time to learn to be quiet and block out the incessant chatter and slow down with a quiet mind, even if only for a few minutes at a time.

If you are having trouble doing this on your own, you may want to try Short Meditations for Busy People. This CD helps you to quiet your mind to gain a place of peacefulness.

Short meditations meme affirmation Margaret Ann Lembo

Sleep – During this time of transition sleep can be difficult. Lavender with its clean, floral, fresh, green, herbaceous, light, mellow, sweet, warm, woody fragrance is a relaxant, soother and conditioner.  It is also a great tool for meditation.

Masters, Mystics, Saints and Gemstone Guardians

Messages and Guidance from Masters, Mystics, Saints and Gemstone Guardians

By Margaret Ann Lembo

Saints, ascended masters, and mystics are available to help each and every one of us. We can tap into assistance from these divine beings when we send out prayer and petitions for guidance. Through meditation and visions – waking, sleeping and dreaming contemplation – guidance is available from the master teachers, mystics, and saints. Gemstones are powerful tools, which guide you toward personal understanding. The colors and shapes of the stones bring you messages to motivate and heal you in many ways.

Who are the Master Teachers?

Master teachers are spiritually enlightened beings, who in the past, have had incarnations as a human being and were able to pass various forms of initiations, trials, and tribulations. These experiences led to transformation and eventually enlightenment. They were ordinary humans who transcended the norm because of their experiences, wisdom, compassion, and inner peace. They are beings who dedicate their lives to helping others find peace and happiness – to release us from suffering – and lead others toward enlightenment and self-knowledge.

Masters are those who attained enlightenment through self-actualization and self-mastery through their own free will in alignment with the divine. The divine has many names some of which are God, Goddess, Creator, the Universe and more. Because of their oneness with God, they have mastered time and space known as ascension. Ascended Masters have balanced their karma and fulfilled their life purpose(s).

There are master teachers who are considered part of the Great White Brotherhood. The Ascended Master teachings were introduced by Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky in her work with Theosophy. Theosophy is “any number of philosophies maintaining that knowledge of God may be achieved through spiritual ecstasy, direct intuition, or special individual relations with the divine.” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theosophy)

Theosophy, a philosophical movement, arose in 1875 as a society created by Madame Blavatsky and Henry Teel Olcott. The Great White Brotherhood consists of many masters who channel their energy, wisdom, and knowledge to and through mankind. With a bit of focus and intention, anyone with the desire to connect with higher vibrational beings as an avenue to connect with God, has the ability to open to receive their messages and insights. In many ways, this is a similar definition for the experiences of many of the saints.

Who are the Saints?

A saint is a person acknowledged as holy or virtuous and typically regarded as being in heaven after death. They are ordinary men and women, who through their faith overcome common weaknesses, failures and shortcomings. Mother Theresa often said that the difference between a saint and one who isn’t a saint is that a saint never gives up. Perseverance is the key to sainthood.

Saints are sometimes martyrs and they create miracles. They have often experienced the dark night of the soul. They are called on for intercession – petitioned for help. In Catholicism, they go through beatification and canonization. Saints exist in many religious philosophies.

Hindu saints often renounce the world and worldly possessions. They are often called gurus, sadhus, swamis and more. Bodhisattvas are considered Buddhist saints. Bodhisattvas take the vow to continue to return to earth until all sentient beings reach enlightenment. In both Hindu and Buddhist philosophies, Samadhi is a state of being that saints attain as a higher spiritual power to reach enlightenment. In Sanskrit, Samadhi means “putting together” or “uniting”.

Regardless of the religious philosophy, saints desire to connect with higher vibrational beings as an avenue to connect with God. Through this connection the ability receive their messages and insights is opened and the channeled force of the divine is present. The divine connection is one that mystics seek.

Who are Mystics?

A mystic is a person who seeks, by contemplation and self-surrender, to obtain connection with the divine. They may believe that spiritual understanding is beyond the intellect. Mystics trust their own inner truth and don’t often align with doctrines. Mystics look for understanding of the question – Why am I here? What is my purpose?

Mystics are aligned with their own intuition and perceive reality from a deeper perspective. They are the channel for the divine or higher power. Mystics are seers and receive insights that are beyond the ordinary. Some might call them metaphysical or supernatural revelations which, simply put, means the revelation wasn’t received in an ordinary way. Many mystics are writers, though not all are writers. Those that have written their insight, wisdom, and teachings leave us their lessons to use as a springboard to our own spiritual enlightenment.

Mystics know that they aren’t the source of that power and that love is the ultimate purpose and goal of life. Mystics realize that there is no way to know everything because of the infinite nature of the Universe. They are ready to learn more and trust in the process. If you are reading this it is likely that you are a mystic, too!

Who are the Gemstone Guardians?

The energy of these master, mystics, and saints have certain elements and vibrations that relate to the energy and vibration of gemstones. Gemstones have an elemental energy also known as devic forces. The color, shape, and mineral components all hold vibrations that become a vibrational match for these human masters, mystics, and saints. Mother Earth has wisdom flowing through her crystalline veins on a global scale. The Gemstone Guardians is a term I use to describe the vibrational essence of a crystal, mineral, or stone – including fossils and shells.

In my most recent publication, a set of oracle cards, you will find gemstone associations that relate to the energy of a given master, mystic, or saint. The message these beings bring along with the gemstone provide an oracle to use for personal spiritual awareness and development. Oracles have been used in many cultures, religions, political and spiritual arenas for centuries. In ancient Greece, oracles were priests and priestesses that brought through divine messages in response to specific inquiries.

Using the innate elemental energy of gemstones, the Gemstone Guardians speak to us just as these divine beings speak to us. The color, origin, mineral compounds and shape offer insights to the stone’s meaning. Messages from the divine light your path and become spiritual markers and models on how to improve your life, your thoughts, your words, and your actions.

In this deck of cards, the oracle, you will find Tiger Iron is associated with St. Joan of Arc for her strength and courage. St. Valentine has a vibration associated with Ruby in Fuchsite for the combination of love and romance.

Chlorite Phantom Quartz is the gemstone associated with Walt Disney for his ability to see deeper into nature and align with plant and animal lives. He helped humans realize that plants and animals have a consciousness through personification and communication skills of plants and animals demonstrated in movies and theme parks.

Sathya Sai Baba and copper are a good vibrational match because he is known for materializations of vibhuti – holy ash – and other small objects as well as miraculous healings. Sathya Sai Baba established a network of free hospitals, clinics, drinking water projects, auditoriums, ashrams and schools. Like copper, he became a conduit to materialize a variety of blessings for many on this planet.

We can turn to the lives of these beings to help us with our daily life. Employ gemstones to amplify the energy of a master, mystic, or saint to tune into their mastery for your own life. Vibrational matching a gemstone helps to maintain a focus on what we do want to create, manifest, or become and steers our thoughts away from what we don’t want in our lives. Use this oracle as a tool on your path for personal enlightenment.

Everything is energy and even though energy is invisible we have their wisdom as an energy that can be downloaded, received, integrated, and interpreted through various channels and forms. We are able to tune into that channel – the frequency of these wise ones – to inspire us through intuition. We continue to learn from the teachings of the vibrations of gemstone and masters, mystics, and saints.
